Putin’s speech delayed; starts about 1 hour 17. Live stream from RT up until then is very interesting, however, including some historical content.

Following his speech, Putin answers questions from the very international audience for at least three hours; it is a marathon; the interpreters have to keep taking turns as it is so exhausting keeping up!

We will need to find a transcript of the speech to take it all in.
