British air-to-surface missiles hit Zaporozhye nuclear power plant

British aircraft missiles attacked the infrastructure of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

Following the use of American M31 GMLRS missiles, it became known that the territory of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant was attacked using British air-to-surface missiles. At least one person is known to have died as a result of the missile attack, however, another missile hit the open switchgear of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant in Energodar.

In the photographs presented, you can see the wreckage of the British Brimstone missile, which, more than likely, was adapted for strikes from the ground. Officially, the UK did not transfer these missiles to the Ukrainian military, but the latter are actively used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in several directions at once and, with their relatively short range, can pose a rather serious threat to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

It is not known how serious the damage is at the infrastructure facility of the Zaporizhzhya NPP, however, earlier the Ukrainian military announced that they were ready to strike at the distribution substations of the Zaporizhzhya NPP, in the event that the latter was disconnected from the western regions of Ukraine.

A little earlier, it became known that Energodar was also attacked using the American Himars MLRS.
