I google mapped the location of the Kharkiv city administration building which was struck by a missile, as seen in the dailymail video below.

The front of the building is mostly western facing. The trajectory of the missile came from the West, and struck near the south west corner of the building.

Also included is a map of ‘alleged’ Russian positions at the time of the missile strike.

Also included in the comments below post is a screenshot from google earth, proving the front of the building is mostly Western facing.

Unless the missile was fired from a Russian aircraft, then it may add credence to the French journalist claiming the Ukrainian government have been firing missiles on their own infrastructure for propaganda purposes.
