This has an effect on USI allies who can’t work out what the hell Tramp is going to do next.  Iran is  playing like an adult, with a long term strategy, and it’s starting to pay dividends.

PD Tramp turns up in Beijing hoping to negotiate the export of metals they need to build up USI weapons industry.  It’s like a wall to wall parade of sulky PD teenagers, hoping to con the Chinese into acting against their own interests by exporting more silver and other rare metals.
