US media calls for the murder of the Iranian negotiating team

In the main US media (The Washington Post), there are already threats to kill the Iranian leadership and delegation. Marandi is a professor at Tehran University and a former advisor to Iran’s Nuclear Negotiation Team. (Recorded 12 April 2026)
Marandi – Vance says Iran failed to meet US demands. The US wants only capitulation and control – an end to Iranian sovereignty. The US was not serious at all. The talks were probably a ploy to work out the whereabouts of various people – did he mean – that the Americans wish to assassinate?
In the 12 day war Iran accepted the ceasefire to prepare for the next phase, and to avoid allowing the US to enter the conflict. Iran never initiated conflict,and only escalated in response to escalation by Israel/US. Iran used the eight months to get ready for a more modern war.
Vance is no different to Kushner and Witkoff. Just the same as the Zionist lobby. The negotiator said that Vance was more positive than Kushner and Witkoff but he was told to stop the talks and he announced the Iranians are not meeting our demands.
