Larry Fink of Black Rock sees Iran as leakage, not inside the system.  Nothing to do with the nukes (which Iran does not have as Iraq and WMD).

All investment to be on a tokenised platform, using digital ID,  creating a $200-$300 trillion market, preserving US $ dominance of the world.
