Mercouris says Russia will survive an insurgency strategy.  It will, however, poison relations between Russia and the US.  Dirty war will spread into Europe as dirty war will be conducted by the CIA from out of Europe, and Russia will have to retaliate.  Budanov means descent into mayhem for Europe, and many other places in the world.  Such as the tanker wars, where shadow fleet tankers are raising the Russian flag.  The Russians can seize ships in retaliation for western seizures.  Chinese ships are being seized and China is in turn seizing ships.  Dirty war is spiralling out of control.
