In this video, I break down exactly what happened after I spoke at the Overview & Scrutiny Committee about the proposed 7-year vehicle age limit… a policy that will wipe out hundreds of livelihoods, force perfectly roadworthy vehicles off the road, and — in my view — breach English common law rights. ❌ They justified it by pointing at other councils instead of the people of Thanet

❌ They STILL won’t publish the economic impact assessment

❌ They admit the real priority is “regional alignment” ahead of the 2028 council merger Meanwhile, taxi drivers face losing their livelihoods, residents face future shortages and higher fares, and the community is being brushed aside for political convenience.
