He cited an incident in Poland’s Lublin region, saying damage blamed on Russia was caused by a Polish jet.
EU High Representative Kaja Kallas responded sharply, saying European security “starts with Ukraine” and asserting that provocation from Russia only strengthens EU resolve. She pledged solidarity with Estonia, Poland, and Romania and condemned violations as dangerous.
