Soul growth means hearing a whisper in a thunderstorm. Switch off screens.
Sun 6:45 am +00:00, 24 Aug 2025 1This is very interesting again from The Virginia Beach records of Edgar Cayce. The first five minutes is enough if you’re busy.
Separate yourself from the collective energy of other people and discover your own quiet voice talking to you quietly inside your own mind.
Discover your true purpose, and the ability to work with intuition.
Solitude is said to be uncomfortable especially for those addicted to screens, constant stimulation..
The harder it feels, the more necessary the periods of solitude area. No music. No reading. No structured medirtation. Just wait for the soul to start tlking.
The more time a soul is given by its owner the deeper and more powerful it becomes.
All consciousness is linked so that if you manage to have time in solitude you are contributing to the soul growth of all of humanity.
The dangers of constant external stimulation are that people become disconnected from their true purpose, and feel no satisfaction from apparent material success.
Real healing occurs in the deeper levels of solitude. Soul confidence develops which allows people to navigate their lives better.
Solitude strips away false personas and, far from disengaging people socially (like over stimulation from gadgets and phones) enables people to engage with others at a deeper level.
Fifteen minutes of complete silence and just being present with yourself and listen to what you soul is saying, each day, is enough to start with.
Enhancement of intuitive abilities results, and improved learning.

Excellent advice
So many folk need to fill their own silence with words or images. Being comfortable in your own skin and on your own is so important in life. In fact it is essential. But so many folk don’t seem to realise that, they are driven by distractions rather than their soul
