Has the treatment of Lucy Letby been ‘a miscarriage of justice’? | LBC
Mon 7:00 pm +00:00, 11 Aug 2025 8Arguing the trial lacked clarity and overlooked medical notes, Sir Davis hints at a miscarriage of justice. If proven, it would rank among the gravest injustices in the UK, comparable to cases like the Birmingham Six and the Post Office scandal.

I’ve had a feeling about this case since the start, but what really bothers me in this interview is that the interviewee says that the job of the prosecution is to secure a conviction.
I would have though that the job of the prosecution should be to uncover the truth.
Good point Belyi, but my mind goes back, what must be some 30 years, to the ‘world famous’ Alder Hey Childrens Hospital in Liverpool and their organs donor scandal.
It turns out the hospital were removing the organs of children and selling them and the parents weren’t aware their childs bodies were not complete at the funerals. What makes the Alder Hey scandal even worse for me now, is that I now know that harvesting organs from dead people to re use in transplants is not possible. Apparently the donor has to be alive when the organs are removed and that’s why they came up with the ‘patient is brain dead’ scenario, so they remove useful organs. I hope this is not what they are hiding in this case by blaming Letby.
Also in the above video, we are told Letby was nowhere near one of the babies until after the damage was done and there are supposed to be about 6 other deaths at the hospital and she wasn’t even on duty, so who was responsible for those deaths. Not much seems right in this case from the information we have been given.
PS behind St. Georges Hall, a famous building in Liverpool city centre, there is a garden area and for a long time there has been a small, no more than 9 inch sq. in size, commemerative grave stone like memorial to the children of the Alder Hey scandal, but it got dismounted and then eventually disappeared about 2 years ago, it really needs to be replaced, (it’s been a year or so since Iv’e been there).
Good point, both, but my mind goes back to the days of Burke and Hare the notorious grave robbers from Edinburgh.
Up the close and doon the stairs
ben the hoos wae Burke ‘n’ Hare
Burke’s the butcher Hare’s the thief
Knox the boy that buys the beef.
The only difference these days is that it’s now the surgeons that are the thieves.
There have been cases where a patient has woken up during the operation to remove organs. UK Column featured the organ scandal quite a while ago. Because the patient is pronounced ‘dead’, there is no anaesthetic given, so it must be a horrific end for those who thought they were helping some other person.

Horrifying cases, although as usual when you follow the money you soon find out why.
The man in the first video still doesn’t get it as he said at the end that he wants to be sure to be completely dead before they harvest his organs. He doesn’t seem to understand that when a body is dead the organs immediately become unusable.
Given the Soham murders, Jill Dando killing, JFK assassination etc, there is no doubt that TPTB are very comfortable throwing ordinary people under a bus to cover up crimes that are awkward for them.
Go to 38.50 min point in the link below. The video is a news report released yesterday, the clip only lasts about 2 mins and you will hear RFK dicussing a recent case of organ removal and the person woke up.
