The UK military has had no resources for decades. Godfrey describes the dire state of Britain’s armed forces. It can’t be put right overnight and it can’t be put right overnight. Two decades ago British armed forces were one of the best. Promotion used to be on merit. That was abandoned, and they promote based on DIE – diversity, inclusivity and equality.
You don’t get promoted above half colonel unless you are woke. The UK has about 60,000. Russia has 1.5 million battle experienced troops. Combat experience makes an army about triple the effectiveness. We are 100:1 against.
