UK fights only proxy wars as the country has insufficient armed forces to defeat Albania let alone Russia.

Estonia has been persuaded to engage in provoking Russia by seizing/searching Russian (shadow fleet) shipping in international waters.

Russia bats away the attempt by deploying a fighter jet to persuade the Estonian forces to back off the tanker.
