Although the topic of the former Ukraine is no longer being given much space in Western corporate media (there are more urgent concerns, such as the trade war with China, rapid deglobalization and the upcoming financial collapse of the US) there is still some effort being made to talk up peace negotiations (or cease fire negotiations) with the former Ukraine, as if it were an entity with which negotiations were even possible. I likewise plan to devote much less attention to the Ukraine, which has been hogging media space for a little too long, especially given that Russian victory has been a foregone conclusion for almost two years now, but before I do so I would like to explain to my readers why it is that the former Ukraine is not a subject of negotiations but a mere object — of abuse, degradation and genocide.

The Ukrainian state apparatus (federal as well as regional, since all regional authorities are appointed from Kiev) is made up of a few thousand people, starting with Zelensky. These people work under contract to a variety of criminal/mafia groups that are, in turn, owned and operated by an assortment of globalist groups which control much of the EU and half of the US. These people’s families have been evacuated to the West, their savings are in Western bank accounts and their other assets (real estate, investments) are likewise in the West. They invariably hold Western passports in addition to Ukrainian ones. They are on temporary assignment in the former Ukraine and they all have evacuation plans that can be put into effect on short notice.

They have two jobs: facilitating corruption and genocide. Corruption takes a multitude of forms, from reselling Western-provided weapons on the black market (they have been showing up everywhere, from Yemen to Mexico) to providing visiting Western officials with suitcases full of American cash, to take home in their diplomatic baggage, that the Biden administration most thoughtfully flew in for that purpose. Genocide is more simple: it is the task of herding together as many men (and some women) and sending them to die, mostly from artillery strikes and air strikes, and mostly on the few remaining Ukrainian-occupied patches of what is now Russian territory.

Below these few thousand Western servants there are a few tens of thousands of lower-rank officials: municipal heads, officers of federal agencies, army recruiters (who grab people off the streets and gang-press them into the army). They have also largely evacuated their families to the West and have plans to join them on a moment’s notice. What they are doing in the Ukraine is making money in any way they can. One of their main sources of income is accepting bribes for avoiding being conscripted, which are paid in US dollars, with prices now ranging as high as $10.000.

Millions of former Ukrainian residents who are able-bodied, sane and had some money have already fled the country. The people who have remained in the country are, essentially, unmotivated biomass: marginal people, pensioners, the poor, the chronically ill and the degenerates. They have been brainwashed, by means of relentless state propaganda, to be part of a suicide cult that now permeates all of Ukrainian society. To oppose it from the inside would be a futile act of insanity.

The people who own the Ukrainian government and the few tens of thousands of Ukrainian officials and control their finances, their capital and the logistics of their future escape from formerly Ukrainian territories, are the ones who decide what the former Ukraine will do. These owners are not some hierarchically organized, disciplined group, but a set of oligarchic bands, each controlling some piece of the overall structure, from Zelensky himself to a variety of terrorist organizations which he supposedly commands (but really doesn’t). Zelensky may “order” them to cease fire; some may obey while others will keep fighting, since their actual chain of command leads elsewhere. And none of them will obey orders issued by any American official, Trump especially. Who is he, anyway, but a temporary White House resident?

The former Ukraine is not a state. It is a golem animated by zombies and controlled by some secretive group of oligarchic owners. There is nobody to involve in cease fire talks, peace talks, negotiations, Trump’s famous “deals”, consultations… Meanwhile, Western media does its best to perpetuate the spurious notion that the former Ukraine is an actual nation that is a subject of international law and has national interests that should be taken into account. Nor are the former Ukraine’s oligarchic, globalist owners capable of any sort of negotiated settlement. What they are doing now is looking for the next Ukraine to turn into an externally controlled suicide cult that can be thrown at Russia. They seem to be pinning their hopes on Romania and Moldova. The Romanians don’t want to die; but then neither did the Ukrainians.

Dwight Eisenhower’s statement “If you can’t solve a problem, enlarge it” is a rather powerful insight that can help solve numerous problems, including this one. Since the globalist oligarchy is incapable of negotiation, the solution is to get rid of it. And to get rid of it, globalism as a phenomenon must be destroyed. In turn, the destruction of globalism is best achieved through the destruction of the global economy and its replacement with regional structures. (Purging these regional structures of globalist influences is an additional task that is a work in progress.) That this actually seems to be happening is a reason for hope.
