Very interesting, although I’d never heard of mushrooms in a tin! Most, if not all of this stuff I never eat, anyway.
I remember a lady telling me years ago that her son was allergic to sugar and she had to make her own fish fingers as children seem to love them and she was amazed at the number of products that contained sugars.
Another unbiquitous ingredient is yeast. Like sugar cancer loves yeast.
Its not only in the states where food is being poisoned, its in the UK too. In addition most supermarkets are using a chemical which perseveres fruit up to 3 years, and the fruit so treated tend to rot from the inside out!
That’s why I only buy organic food in a proper organic shop where I know its provenance. You may say it’s too expensive, but I don’t have a car or go on expensive holidays or have any of the baubles now considered to be essential. Health comes first and if we don’t address that first, the rest brings us no joy.
