Then file a claim of TRESPASS – your car is private property. They are trespassing by reading, scanning you private property details without consent – a Magistrates Jury can rule anyway – but the masonic Baphomet whores on the bench will do what they are told by their Nazis controllers.

STRIKE OUT – The Judge is an independent witness – he has NO RIGHTS. He cannot strike out the application without a hearing because he CANNOT SEE OR HEAR ANYTHING unless it is presented to him under OATH. His must consider the controversy by weighting up the facts (evidence) against the Law (only the prosecutor can bring in the Law). Until a hearing is convened no public servant not IN the claim can ‘see’ the claim.
