The US and Russian diplomatic presences have been reduced to skeleton level in each others’ countries. Russian diplomatic assets in the US were seized by the US, under Obama.
A massive amount of hope for Russia – no doubt there will be scepticism in some quarters as to whether the volte-face is genuine. Time will tell.
