Ecuador Descends Into Protests

The situation here in Ecuador is going from bad to worse. Constant/frequent/repeated electrical power and municipal water outages are a recurring feature of daily life for most of the country.
Unemployment, already a serious national issue, is soaring, as businesses are forced to close or lay off employees.
The chemtrailing has been unrelenting over the last couple of weeks. It is taking place at a very high altitude by airplanes or “something” that are too high up to be visible. Such a thick, white pall descends on Quito that I sometimes cannot see local landmarks even one or two miles away at midday.
I have no idea what is being sprayed, or how/by whom/by what, or for what reason. It causes throat and lung irritation, and is odorless.
The mystery motorcades of shiny new, unmarked SUVs, with dark tinted windows, no license plates or identifying words/symbols/numbers/designs/insignia of any sort, and under armed, motorcycle police and/or paramilitary escort, continue. I have no clue who or what are in the many mystery motorcades zooming around Quito, nor do I know what they are doing, or where they are coming from or going to.
The government of Ecuador explains precisely nothing, and the national news media say nothing about the many motorcades, either.
Has Spain taken back its former colony, you know, as a primary source for a trillion dollar export = cocaine? Have the Chinese secretly conquered the country without firing a shot? Has the CIA conducted a quiet coup d’état that is being covered up? Have the World Bank/IMF called the mathematically unpayable national debt and installed a discreet receivership on international-bankster-friendly-terms, the better to loot, plunder and pillage the country?
I simply do not know. Those who do know are conspicuous by their silence.
In any event, the profound criminal corruption, galloping incompetence and flagrant dishonesty of the government finally brought protesters out into the streets today. More protests are expected next week.
Here is a video from the protests today.
