Is it legal that a judge can refuse to allow relevant evidence to be used?? To me it’s just a case of, ” F*** what you think, We decide, just STFU or you’ll be Robin Cooked”. Pay up and look pleasant.
Personally and honestly, it was always like this in my opinion anyway, it’s just a smack in the chops reminder of how the system operates. Bear in mind too, that no normies will know of any version but the Criminal , sorry BBC version.
