In Moscow thousands of Moldovans resident in Russia came out to vote at the Moldovan Embassy.
The Moldovan state only made 10,000 ballots available to the Russian speaking Moldovan population here.
Even though there’s over 500,000 eligible – blatant manipulation by Sandhu.

#moldovaelections This is a shame and a disgrace! Moldavian voters in Moscow who were deprived of the right to vote shout “we want to vote!” in front of the clearly embarassed Embassy staff. This is how lame Western democracy looks like: you take a country, consistently intimidate it with the Russian bugbear, ban free media, harass opposition, drastically artificially limit possibilities for the vote of Moldavians in Russia and expand them to the utmost for Moldavians residing in the West and then get miserable less than 1 percent to praise the “democratic vote”! I wonder whether our Western colleagues realise how pathetic and unconvincing it looks! In fact this referendum has clearly demonstrated one thing: Moldavians don’t want to be dragged into the EU! Period!
Of course they’ll blame the Russians!!!! Projection. Then all these ‘votes’ arrive from somewhere. If the vote goes wrong, they’ll just run another one.
Alex Christoforou says Moldova is nowhere near qualifying economically and so on. But the EU today is desperate to get new members as no one wants to join a bankrupt power bloc lowering living standards.
Being able to vote in an election in a country where you may not have lived for years is a passport to fiddling. At least in the UK it is (or used to be) the case that you could have a proxy vote, if you were on the register, for one year and the next time, you didn’t qualify.
As Alex said the EU has become a club anyone can join but many countries are going to get fed up with a basket case sucking up everything it can. This is the end of the gravy train.
