    It will be more than 3000 jobs because it will damage companies which supply the plant. This is what happened when the Rover car plant in Longbridge closed.

    The Grangemouth refinery is closing with the loss of 375 jobs and there will be more. Any industry in the UK which uses a lot of energy will have similar issues e.g. cement, glass, potteries, chemicals, smelters, fertilisers and more.

    Similar problems are happening in Germany.
