      Sadly not, Steve. In my case I had no one at the counts except myself at Telford & Wrekin where I should have called a recount but didn’t. Reasons are complex but mostly I had no admin team in place across the region to challenge malpractice. They weren’t expecting me at Telford. I was shocked to be ‘given’ only 3000 votes there when I was clearly in the top three of the five candidates and not far behind the leader. The incumbent ‘got’ 9,000 and we were quite close in the actual piles of votes. In Doncaster Teds called a recount on another occasion and 5000 votes were ‘found’ in the Labour box. There is a mountain to climb. YOu need to have a massive majority with the public so that any rigging becomes obvious when they pop you in at last place below parties you defeated by 2X or 4X. You need 20 X. It can be done. Like Duterte in the Philippines got 90% of the real vote and they had to give him the Presidency but the numbers showed he only just won when in fact, he wallopped all the opposition. Then they launched insurgencies against him funding terrorists in Mindanao, but that’s another story. Marawi. The current President Bong Bong Marcos is a US sell-out. His father Ferdinand was similar but he tried to back out of the US terms for lending him billions and keep some independence. His son has no such plans and will sell out the Philippines to US/CIA interests all the way. His VP Duterte’s daughter Sarah is sidelined. Duterte played it down the middle between China and US, but now Philippines is going the way of Ukraine.
