    I used the same argument with my grandkids re the Euro Football. Now being in Scotland it’s different to being in England. Not only are we a separate Country, but we are treated constantly as inferior beings by the MSM. MSM Beeb for example , treat us as the Jocks, sort of joined on but inferior. Correspondingly, Scottish people tend to hate the English football team, and the TV pundits gushing crap. BTW the population of greater London is around the same as the population of Scotland and Ireland combined.

    Second point I’m not really into football. I loved the Brazil team in the 60’s and 70’s but I’m not into it generally.

    Thirdly, my point. I’d say as Hugo does, it has nothing to do with you. You don’t know the players, they’re grown men playing a game with a ball. Scotland/ England where-ever isn’t yours, it treats you like shite, yet you become personally involved and become obsessive over it.

    The take away, just as in Hugo’s argument, they don’t care, they can’t put it into words, except foxtrot oscar Grandad is a retard.
