This is what I suspected. I’ve had the recent mild “covid”. Day in bed but lingering tiredness, claggy throat, sore ears, upset tummy etc. I suspected all the spraying which was off the charts this winter. Interestingly it temporarily ceased here exactly when the weather perked up for a few days
