Carrie Gress on feminism and the end of women
Tue 11:40 am +00:00, 28 May 2024
Carrie Gress is a philosopher and think-tank fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Centre, and a scholar at the Institute for Human Ecology at the Catholic University of America,
She is the editor of Theology of Home, an online women’s magazine.
Carrie has contributed to numerous publications and conducted interviews on multiple television channels.
Carrie discusses her book, The End of Women, and explores the negative impact of feminism on women’s happiness and society as a whole.
Basically, feminism is a disaster.
She delves into the roots of feminism, including its occult connections, and highlights the shift from celebrating femininity to promoting a genderless society. Carrie argues that feminism has divorced women from their true nature and undermined the importance of motherhood and family.
She also chats about the confusion around gender roles and the need to celebrate the unique gifts and roles of both men and women, and highlights the correlation between feminism and a shift in values, including the rejection of Christianity.
Put another way, she says that feminism is about making women more like men.
The sexual revolution did nothing positive for women and created an illusion of liberation.
Feminism is a totalitarian movement. It is an attempt to impose a new ideology on society, one that seeks to undermine the traditional roles of men and women and replace them with a genderless utopia.
