    Might I contribute that I discovered Dr Myhill many years ago when there was no one recognising or diagnosing CFS/ME

    .I had resorted to self-diagnosis with the help of a book sent me by a relative in the US. It was a great relief to find her online.

    She left the NHS in order to follow her own path of helping patients.

    In the comments there is a description of how she was attacked during the recent pandemic.
