20-Minute Neighbourhoods—Bob Seys and Thetford residents hold their councillors to account

Many residents of British urban areas are standing up against the control mechanism of 15-minute cities. They don’t like the policies and are voicing their rejection of them. But the same UN Agenda 2030 policies are also targeting rural communities in the form of 20-minute neighbourhoods.

The rural community in Thetford, Norfolk, has been among those that stood up to say no, and Bob Seys was one of them. At a public meeting, he and other locals took on their local councillors to challenge them about their knowledge of the Agenda 2030 policies and their impact.  What’s more, the motivated local team did this in a calm, professional way and videoed the event, so that the meeting and its outcome could be shared with others.

In an interesting and informative interview, Bob Seys takes Brian Gerrish from connections with Egypt to the key subject of 20-minute neighbourhoods in East Anglia.

Sense of humour intact, it’s great to see people willing and able to resist. They are starting on a single issue which works for them locally. Can they grow into a more general Thomas Paine movement based on The Rights Of Man? You can’t progress into national politics unless you grow a full spectrum policy programme. Many ‘freedom’ activists spurn the possibility of supporting a political party after experiencing the major parties and being let down by such as farage. Yet they will need to affiliate to a national party if they want to engage with the power structure across many issues which threaten our freedom, if not survival. I would think the Teds a natural next step. Unless somehow they can grow a political movement from scratch inside of a year or less. Elections probably in November 2024.

Yes Danceaway, it is good to see resistance building, as well as to the 20min cities, people are questioning the lawfulness of council tax as many are doing in my area. Despite bluff, the councils are not able to prove there is a liability to pay tax to them!
