Back in the ’70s or ’80s my mother told me she’d watched a TV play the night before in which old people were being murdered with drugs and said she believed it was going on for real. In those days only wealthy pensioners went into private care homes which they paid towards, while working class old folk went into council-funded care homes before Tory privatisation put an end to council-subsidised homes.
Privatisation went after family homes to pay for the residency but it brought many unscrupulous people into this property-acquisition business. Murder would be easy where no law enforcement would look. Get someone in, acquire their home. Bump them off before spending too much money on them eats into the profits, then get someone else in the empty bed. Rinse and repeat.

I didn’t know that Midazolam has no anaesthetic properties. It’s classified as a benzodiazepine, which is an opiate and all opiates, as far as I understood, have analgesic qualities. Forgive my ignorance but can opiates be synthesized without anaesthetic function? If so, why classify them as opiates at all?
This was pure and sheer murder at a grand scale after they went for the pensioners first in every country. Pensioners are those who had put value to our societies and they deserve their dues. But not with these monsters that sought to pilfer the pensioners’ accounts and murder them in the process. It happened in China, Iran, Italy and many other countries during the early 2020 where the elderly were dying left and right and their kin who could defend them were kept at bay. Very few people saw this at that time but I did. This is what you get when you entrust the running of affairs to crooks, the entire world is being run by crooks.
Yes it’s murder, but … the vast majority of those being murdered voted for the system, despite being told for decades who runs it and what they intend. No sympathy – it’s the generation that landed us in this mess now.
