Windows on the World; Canterbury and now Oxford the first to be divided into lockdown zones; planned for the entire country; originally said to be by 2045, but since Covid has been drastically moved forward. Now planned for Oxford by next summer.

Residents to be restricted in movement. Essentially a prison system. Gates will be erected and cameras surveilling.
