During a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, the commander of the 5th Army, Major General Kutuzov Roman Vladimirovich, was killed in action.
It happened in the area of Nikolayevka settlement of Popasnyanskiy district of LNR.
During his service Roman Vladimirovich was awarded with the Orders of Kutuzov, Courage, “For combat services”, Honor, as well as the medal “For courage”.
Kutuzov became the 4th general killed in action during a special military operation in Ukraine
