As an add on, I once read a book, which contained odd facts about famous people. Towards the end of the video, it mentions Bonny Prince Charlie. The book claimed that Charles was brought up in France and Italy, and was taught English by Italian priests, and thus spoke with a strong Italian accent. Gandhi incidentally had a Dublin accent when speaking English.
