“Show me your papers” is not the British way
Previous generations fought wars against that
But facial recognition and ubiquitous city cameras already link into the Borg
So cloud surveillance is here already
And ID tracking is already set up in our cities using these systems
It links to existing Government ID systems, passport, driving licence etc etc
It may not be fully functional yet, but it inevitably will be in due course
None of this requires our consent, maybe because they know that many will never give that
So it’s waiting game, just a matter of waiting for those that grew up in the analogue world, Gen X and earlier generations, to fade away
Subsequent generations, Millennials, Zoomers etc will be easy meat, their minds are already conditioned to acceptance
