Multiple reports suggest that Maduro was “handed over” rather than simply captured.
Miami Herald newspaper and Colombian officials have claimed Venezuela’s Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, and high-ranking military leaders held secret meetings in Doha months before the raid.
The theory is they traded Maduro for their own immunity and no regime change. Trump indeed has left them alone so far.
There is little doubt the sophisticated Russian S-300 and S-400 missile batteries that made Caracas “the most defended” airspace in South America were not fired, probably never turned on, because a “stand-down” order was given from within the Venezuelan Command.
The CIA reportedly had a “mole” so close to Maduro that they knew his exact daily movements, down to what he ate and where his pets were.
This level of granular detail is impossible without high-level internal defectors.
The most probable reality is a combination of powerful DEW weapons and internal collusion that led to the successful raid.
A secret weapon can disable a radar or cause disorientation, but it cannot stop a 93,000-strong army from fighting back unless that army’s leadership has already been compromised.

Having read perhaps 3 dozen books on the subject, I consider Dr. Wood’s work as the definitive forensic textbook on the 9/11 WTC attack.

The thermal energy required to destroy (let alone “dustify”) 1.1 million tons of concrete and steel would be enormous. Perhaps equal to a major volcano eruption.
I doubt the US military had harnessed DEW technology to the point of “dustifying” the two giant skyscrapers by 2001.
If such powerful weapons truly existed, we would have seen their use in the intervening 25 years in the many wars the US has fought since.
I lean more towards Dr. Steven Jones’ more conventional conclusion that controlled demolition was responsible for the destruction of the twin towers, as well as Tower 7 (a.k.a. the Saloman Brothers Building).
Nanothermite and specialized military-grade high-explosives are the most likely cause for the demolition while the planes, if they were indeed civilian passenger jets, provided the spectacle and distraction.
