Is Trump the Leader of the Fallen?

In his excellent book The Hidden Records Wayne Herschel says the fallen angels were actually convicts sent into exile and our realm is a Cat D prison of sorts. If convicts from an advanced culture were deposited in to a realm of not so advanced beings they would appear “as gods”. Instead of rehabilitating the convicts decided to be masters of hell rather then servants of heaven. I think they’re coming up for a parole hearing and have absolutely no chance of getting out so they’ve been trying to “break the glass ceiling” and escape.
