Care Centre Turned Migrant Accommodation: Covenant Broken

But locals aren’t buying it. Residents say the people staying here are grown men, some with beards and receding hairlines.
We also uncover how a covenant was in place to ensure this building could only ever be used to care for the elderly. That promise has clearly been broken. Locals say the conversion has slashed nearby house prices by as much as £50,000.
During filming, police arrived swiftly on blue lights to assist with a civil matter of trespass.
We also speak with Terry, a local council worker openly taking part in Operation Scatter, the government’s ongoing effort to quietly move migrants into communities across the UK.
