Apparently, the US constitution is founded upon the English constitution. We must maintain trial by jury or we risk wrongful incarcerations…

AfD mayoral candidate banned in Germany
13 mins: Ludwigshafen, heartland of CDU, former German Chancellor was Helmut Kohl was born there. It looked as if the AfD candidate might do rather well in the mayoral elections, so various legal steps were taken to ban this person from standing. The turnout was only around 30% and 10% of those spoiled their ballots.
