“Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan have officially recognized Turkey as the “occupying power” in Cyprus, endorsing UN Security Council Resolutions 541 and 550.
Turkish media and Telegram channels are extremely unhappy with this circumstance.
It is noted that these countries took this step after the EU announced the allocation of an investment package of 12 billion euros for Central Asia.” (Dima)

    Zbigniew Brzezinski in his book ‘Strategic Vision: America and the Crisis of Global Power’ – argued for Turkey to be allowed into the European Union – and warned otherwise Turkey would turn eastward and it with become a dominant power in a destabilised middle east – which will lead to war with the west.
