Dump’s trying to freeze the war as the US doesn’t want to yield more of Ukraine’s fertile lands back to Russia. Russia can see through the charm offensive from Dump. Europe is re-arming as fast as it can and spending more on arms and ammunition. No way does the collective West want Putin to achieve his aims of a peaceful western border where Russians are discriminated against and killed by artillery on a daily basis. Putin has clear objectives and he won;t agree to a ceasefire with DUmp until these are achieved.
