Questions for now,
1 are these things completely separate from 5G?
2 can they be directed precisely by remote control against an individual, or are they more of a blanket area coverage?
3 is there any sort of case to be made that these things are dangerous, but only in the wrong hands and that they have a valid benign purpose too?
Please forgive my ignorance, it’s a subject that many fear to delve too deeply into I imagine, the implications are so awful
1. They can be classed as part of the 5GWarfare IOT deployment for human Mesoscopic scanning and targeting.
2. The phased array weapon can be used to illegally track the victims and pour radiation at them. The phased array element in the weapon is RAD hardened which tells me its main purpose is for a direct strke on the target.
3. They have been covertly, illegally deployed breach the telecommunications legislation. They are envionmentally unsafe and cause property damage, and once triggerd lethal weapons.
The RADAR Weapon also works with the Nearinfrared LASER weapon and while we don’t know if it has been used in strike mode. We do know the NIR is damaging peoples eye sight, since the weapons deployment.

The LARGER phased array Directional weapon system and LASER is aimed at 10 meters from the Victims in the vehicle range is 10m to 35m from the Stop Line – typically up to 70m.. They are aimed at the Traffic oncoming and leaving the Junctions. The smaller weapon is aimed at the centre from Two or Four transmitters at the Pedestrian Crossing.
