I will be attending an online court hearing in relation to the legal action
I am involved with.
The hearing is to decide whether a charging order will be placed on my
property. I will be representing myself.
The hearing is on Thursday 20th February at 3:30pm.
If you wish to watch the hearing, you will need to provide a name and an
email address, which I will then send to the court. You will then be
provided with a link which will enable you to watch the hearing live.

Richard – needs to ask the Council Tax bastards for the LIABILITY ORDER – keep demanding it – they don’t have it – ask for the original MAGISTRATES COURT LIABILITY ORDER – SIGNED BY THE MAGISTRATES – WITH THE SEAL OF THE MAGISTRATES COURT – as required by the by Civil Procedure Rules act 1998. No body reads – hence they have been able to steal for years and years – the rich bastards that run the government and work for the Vatican are only going after private property – cars, houses, children + wages (& pensions)…
Don’t do ON-LINE hearings – the want you to do this – demand a proper in-person hearing – you cannot represent, cross-examine and present evidence properly online (you have the right to refuse – most old judges don’t like it either) Always try and have your hearings in the Magistrates and demand a JURY – never have the three whores on the bench or your dead. The Magistrates is where you want to be in ALL your cases (the criminal government hates criminal courts – they prefer civil – fines and no prison for them if they get caught).

The other thing to note is Juries HATE LAWYERS – and ALL the lawyers know this – that is why ALL lawyers are terrified of Juries.
Another point to add – when a Jury is present in a hearing – the Jury is the Judge, the Jury and the Executioner – not the Baphomet whores on the bench.
