    It’s been obvious right from the start the whole Letby thing is a fake. It’s NHS PR to distract you from the real agenda of mass depopulation caused by tragic medical ‘errors’. Like ‘Don’t worry. All the bad ones are caught and locked up.’ By dangling horror stories in front of your eyes, it doesn’t occur to you that in fact the whole health ‘service’ is, in fact, a slaughter house.
