Sorry, not a real post, just an update on the weather here in SW Scotland.
Fri 7:15 pm +00:00, 24 Jan 2025 2Oh well, garden battered to bits, and house and car windows covered with grey “dirt “, no doubt from the US weather modification patents. My overwintering onion crop under fleece, and my spring cabbage and broccoli crop, under fleece all held down by large stones and bricks, destroyed. My garlic and broad beans gone. Whoopy Do. Record winds I hear. If I thought that I could wake folks up by getting the grey deposit analysed, I would, but my really really normal brother knows already that I am a tin foil hat nutter. I’m fairly aware too esp after Cov19, how it all rolls. I am quite disturbed.

Sorry to hear that, Ian. I noticed the smear on car windscreens is jet black. That’s not salt. We’re West Midlands. Were all your vegetables blown away?
Yes Henry, battered to bits. I had fleece and fine insect netting on some of the plants see pic, but that will be in a field somewhere. the little green bits to the right, are the remains of the garlic, which was looking good.
