    I bought a Dairy Milk bar several years ago and it had changed in size and shape. I learnt that it was being made in Eastern Europe and, although I wrote to them to complain, received no reply.

    It is more than time they lose their warrant. I’ve never bought one since and I used to consume quite a few.
