The main thing I did today is update the Mangione paper….

The other thing I did today is remember to tell you that it is impossible to pardon yourself or preemptively pardon anyone. Both of them contradict the definition of the word. A man cannot pardon himself anymore than he can legally judge himself, since both actions require an object. The self is notan object of the self, by definition. The self is the subject.

Likewise, you cannot pardon someone pre-emptively, since a pardon requires a crime. Until you have
been convicted, or at least charged with a crime, you cannot be pardoned since there exists nothing to
pardon you for. I will be told Ford pre-pardoned Nixon for Watergate, but that was just a continuation
of that dog-and-pony show and was meaningless. Not only was Nixon never charged with anything, he
didn’t do anything wrt Watergate. The CIA pulled Watergate, not Nixon, so there was never any crime
to pardon in the case of Nixon. Ford didn’t need to pardon the CIA, since the CIA was and is
untouchable.

If you don’t believe me, here is what it says in the first sentence at Wikipedia:
A pardon is a government decision to allow a person to be relieved of some or all of the legal
consequences resulting from a criminal conviction. A pardon may be granted before or after
conviction for the crime, depending on the laws of the jurisdiction.

A pardon may be granted before conviction, but logically not before arrest or charge, since before
arrest and charge there are no legal consequences. You cannot relieve someone of legal consequences
who has no legal consequences. LOGIC!

Since Trump cannot arrest or charge anyone until he is President—or, he cannot order Justice to pursue
that—and since Biden cannot pardon anyone when he is no longer President, there is no possible
overlap here. There is nothing Biden can do about Trump’s future prosecutions. Trump saying he may
prosecute them is legally meaningless until he actually does it. Trump yapping before he is legally
President on January 20, 2025, does not create any legal consequences for anyone.

Since the office of the President, and most of the federal government, is now just theater, you may see
pre-emptive pardons from Biden. I am not saying you won’t. But if you do they will be meaningless
huff and bluff. Being bluff, Trump could ignore them if he wanted to, and if he doesn’t ignore them it
just means he didn’t want to. It wasn’t in the script.

Just so you know, the President can also not pardon impeachment. That isn’t logic, that is
Constitutional. So Biden couldn’t pardon Trump or Clinton’s impeachment by the House. He also
couldn’t pardon Andrew Johnson, which is really a pity. And if Biden gets us fully into WW3 between
now and January 20 and gets impeached for it, he can’t pardon himself for that.

What else can I tell you? Well, I can tell you the hubbub in Syria is also staged, as an extension of the
fake war in Israel. Like the Mangione event, that event in Syria happened way too fast to be real. You
don’t have rebels waltz in and take the whole country overnight, with no fighting. You don’t have the
Syrian army standing down completely, with no one in Damascus killed and only one building
damaged. I would bet you anything that building was derelict and already scheduled for demolition,
like the Murrah building in Oklahoma City, the buildings in Oslo, and so on. We can also tell because
the rebels are said to be Al Qaeda. Al Qaeda has been a CIA front from the beginning, and you will
remember it was said to be run out Saudi Arabia by Saudi royal Osama bin Laden back before 911.
Although it is allegedly an Arab group, these new Al Qaeda actors in Syria are saying they love Israel
and are planning to install a pro-Western regime in Damascus. Make sense of that if you can! A proWestern Al Qaeda.

We also know this is staged because the head of Al Qaeda Syria is a tool named Abu Mohammed AlGolani. Real name probably something like Abe Goldman.

There he is, our cloaked Jew-in-a-Turban of the month. To hide the Abe Goldman giveaway, they have
already changed his name for the current fake news cycle. He is now Ahmad al-Sharaa. So maybe his
real name was Aram Sharon. Here he is doing his best Castro impression:

Not bad, not bad at all. You have to wonder what he sounds like in an interview. I am guessing
something like Woody Allen, or maybe Mike Myers doing Barbra Streisand. He is all verklempt about
taking Damascus so easily, and thinks Netanyahu is Meshuggana (in a good way, oivay). Trump is his
bubeleh. Talk amongst yourselves.
