“Slovakia has warned Ukraine that if it does not resume oil supplies from the Russian Federation to Slovakia, that Slovakia will be forced to limit electricity sent to Ukraine. Slovakia is one of the largest suppliers of electricity to Ukraine.” (Kalibrared)

Ukraine imports 25% of its electricity from the West, the biggest amount from Slovakia.

As Russia knocks out Ukraine’s own power supply, the imported energy becomes more significant.
