One of the enemies most powerful weapons is the almost universal belief that what appears on a screen must be real, particularly a TV screen. But, objectively, that is utter nonsense. My working assumption is the exact opposite, that nothing on a screen is real, absolutely nothing. After all it’s all just pixels. And pixels are fully 100% controllable in reality
It is very easy to lose sight of that fact too when one gets caught up in all the hype. I have to keep reminding myself. I end up conflicted sometimes, like I did with Mathis’ article 2 days ago,
“More proof the war in Israel is fake”.
Talking about Gaza he says: “So what are they using to create all the destruction we see? CGI. It is all faked with computer graphics, like everything else now. It is all another Hollywood movie, staged to drive the worldwide war economy.”

Yes Pete I know the feeling, but it is good when those who have the skill and technology to point out the fakes, but one wonders sometimes whether some of them could be fakes!!

Good for you PK. I got rid of my TV about 20 years ago and stopped subscribing to newspapers 10 years ago – people are surprised when people ask what do you think of this or that which happened today and I tell them I didn’t know about it. TV watchers are kept in a constant state of fear!!
