The Destruction of British History Continues
Mon 10:46 pm +01:00, 19 Feb 2024 5Genealogist discussed the UK Ministry of Justice consultation to destroy original copies of Welsh & English wills back to 1858.This is important because welsh was the ancient British language, which covered not only Wales and England, but parts of Scotland as Well!
I lodged our family’s deeds showing ownership of our house going back seven centuries in original documents. They claim they lost it. HSBC.
I am with HSBC too Tap, although I was originally with the Midland Bank which got taken over by them, and I myself had trouble with them when they lost a share certificate that was deposited with them! I doubt whether they lost yours, they will use them and claim the property is theirs maybe sometime in the future. With your deeds of your house going back so far, it could be you have allodial title which means you have absolute title and can’t be subject to tax on it! The banks are the biggest thieves in the country operating out of that foreign territory known as the City of London!
allodial? wow! where do I find out about allodial? We have historian evidence if not the deeds. Maybe worth a shot.

This is the definition Tap:
Allodial Title Defined
Allodial title is the highest form of property ownership, granting the landowner absolute ownership and control over their land. With allodial title, there are no obligations or restrictions imposed by a superior landlord or governing authority. This means that the landowner has full autonomy and is not subject to any rent, taxes, or services. Allodial title represents the pinnacle of property ownership, offering individuals complete control and freedom over their land.
A good example of this is that when they were going to build a by-pass around Arundel they had to stop at the edge of the Duke of Norfolks land, as it could not be compulsorily purchased as he had allodial title to it and the road comes to a dead end that can be seen today! When you register something, you giving you title away to the Crown! I have put a definition above.
