To that you may as well go back and see Roger’s description of US geology as the bodies of giant (vast) formerly living beings. He dates the flood and the death of the vast life forms at around 3500 years ago based on Velikovsky. Yet Egyptian Pharoahs were ruling before that time. What about Babylon before that, and Sumeria/Akkadia before that? You need to go back about 8,000 years to the beginnings of Sumeria. Apart from the dating notions, the rest is worth a good look.
Can massive organic creatures turn to stone in only 3500 years? Seems incredible to me
My immediate assumption was that, if Roger is correct then, the catastrophe that killed these things must have been aeons ago
Roger believes the conversion to stone is quick – hot water, salt, mud – phospholipids in the flesh/skin convert to aluminium silicate…aluminium and silicone sitting right behind phosphorus in the Periodic Table. He would explain it better than me – a process of changed atomic structure or alchemy.

‘m relishing Velikovsky at the moment, “Worlds in Collision”. Some say that he’s a spook but tbh I don’t care about that, he’s a great read. So I’ve not finished Rogers book yet. I expect that his theory will be explained in there
