Are there any printers which don’t have wireless ?

I bought a wifi equipped printer and only turned it on occasionally for two minutes to print out a document etc.

The brand new printer packed up after a month as it didn’t like my methods presumably, so I send documents to neighbours or my office to print for me.

The seller of the printer was simply not interested.   Brother as it happens.

I don’t want another wifi device in my house as I am EHS – electro hyper sensitive.

Does anyone know if there is a non wifi equipped and non-bluetooth equipped printer anywhere?

I can’t find one.

Equally are there any wordprocessors like in the old days which only needed an electric plug and no internet connection?

I find that if writing longer pieceson a PC I return to them and find chunks missing and a string of mistakes.

Yes I am getting older, but not that old.

I do write with pen and paper again now  – after thirty years using electronic equipment.  And I send emails to grab a document before it’s tampered with.

I’ll be looking for quills and inks before long, and blotting paper.  When there are power cuts all day we’ll all be doing it soon.

I see plenty of young swans on the Severn.  They don’t realise what’s coming.

If youre only interested in monochrome printing.

This now discontinued model may do the trick.

    Ethernet or USB connectivity only

Lazer printer so high quality and no ink to dry up & bung up the printhead with intermittent use patterns.

Toner cartridge isnt cheap but can last for years at home. 10k pages of txt.

Also prints quicker than an inkject and doesn’t make a racket.

Swans are already in a bad way Tap. They are all owned by Charlie 3 Sausage Fingers, the limp wristed, arrogant, WEF stooge, usurper Brit Monarch [at least according to Greg Hallet he’s a usurper:-)]

Not only that, those swans already own nothing and are happy! Just look at that Severn scene, they all look fine and happy

Charlie chump must wish that it will be as easy with his “subjects” as with “his” swans. Not a chance Charlie old boy, not a chance

ps I use a local print shop for printing. I send him a pdf by email and he prints for me. Charged me £1.50 for 6 copies the other day, 25p a pop. Fine for very low volumes

So you swan off up there, do you, Pete? I’ll research the locality – other than the river.

Yes Tap, non WiFi printers are not easy to find, but I did come across this of USB only printers.

I have a Brother printer and found out to my cost, they have to be left on for automatic jet cleaning to take place otherwise the tube to the jet clogs up!

    Thanks, guys. Really helpful.

I understand your grief with WIFI printers. I bought an HP OfficeJet 8010 Series about three years back which gave me 12 printouts for my daughter and thereafter ran out of ink which was going to cost £80 to replace. Tried the compatible ink cartridges but the printer didn’t like that idea. So now it sits as an ornament on my desk.

I seldom have much to print these days and ironically I get my daughter to do the printouts for me, but whatever you do don’t go swanning down to your local library because they will keep everything printed on their printers on file.

Word processors like Sov says regarding printers can be had cheap on Ebay.

Last time I saw a bespoke word processor being used in anger was pre 2000.
That said there is a certain appeal.
The built in spellchecker lacking in updates will reject weaponised language such as “inspirational”, “passionate”,”diversity”,”transformational” etc etc

David DuByne - Embrace the Awakening, Embrace the Cycle: The Water Bearer Returns

We see vast changes are occurring in every aspect of life exactly at the same time across the entire planet. Ask yourself why, and why at this time when vast electromagnetic Earth changes are timelined out through October 2024 as the four gas giants form a square in the outer solar system that was last seen in 79 A.D, that our world is radically changing.

Johan Oldenkamp - The Giza Star Clock and the Transition of the Ages

In addition to the three larger pyramids, there were in total also eight smaller pyramids on the Giza plateau in Ancient Egypt. To many, it is clear that the three three larger pyramids refer to Orion’s Belt. These three pyramids were built below on the surface of our home planet, just as these three stars are above in the sky (“As Above, So Below”). More info...
