That is Hunter S Thompson isn’t it? It certainly reads like him

I read quite a bit of his stuff back in the day, for instance “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas” which was the standout. A hilarious tale of extreme drug abuse in the heart of darkness that was Vegas in those days [probably still is but I’m out of touch with such temples to mammon now. I hate such places]

    And
“Hells Angels: a strange and terrible saga” Plus
“Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail ’72” [“The best, the fastest, the hippest and the most unorthodox account ever published of the US presidential electoral process in all its madness and corruption”]

Plus many articles in Rolling Stone

Unfortunately Mathis nailed him earlier this year and shattered my many illusions about Hunter. It’s a feeling that I’m blase about now though, most have my old heroes have fallen since I started alternative research

Not great material then Pete. My apologies. Managed opposition. That way we imagine someone else is fighting for us and we sit back and watch, rather than moving or own butts and minds.
